福萊甘茲羅斯島是希臘的島嶼，位於愛琴海南部，由南愛琴大區負責管轄，屬於基克拉澤斯的一部分，長12.5公里、寬4公里，面積32.216平方公里，最高點海拔高度455米。

Folegandros is a small Greek island in the Aegean Sea that, together with Sikinos, Ios, Anafi and Santorini, forms the southern part of the Cyclades. Its surface area is 32.216 square kilometres (12.439 sq mi)[2] and it has 765 inhabitants. It has three small villages, Chora, Karavostasis, and Ano Meria, which are connected by a paved road. Folegandros is part of the Thira regional unit.

Folegandros' landscape is varied, and includes tall cliffs and a large cave. The "capital" of the island, Chora, is built on the edge of a 200-metre high cliff. The port of Folegandros is the small village of Karavostasis. The Ano Meria village contains a small but interesting Ecological and Folklore Museum. Among the notable beaches on Folegandros is Katergo, accessible only by foot or by boat from Karavostasis. Katergo beach is used by naturists.

1. Paralia Vorina #Nudebeach
這是離小鎮最近的海灘，不過卻沒什麼人，因為這礫石灘面積很小，且完全沒有陰影，但卻是一個很棒的裸體海灘，巨大的岩壁很壯觀，不過從停車的地方到海灘約需走陡直的下坡約30分鐘，我一到海灘，全身滴汗，看整個礫石灘都沒人，就脫光光跳進海裡了。回程就很痛苦，尤其是在38度高溫，完全沒有樹蔭只有岩石的爬坡路，不過一路上風景很美，終於爬上來時，我只想再跳進海裡。

推薦：不怕曬，喜歡攀岩，喜歡攝影，喜歡裸體海灘，不喜歡太多人

A small beach in a spectacular setting. Because it faces north you need to choose the right day to visit - a southerly breeze, preferably stable for a day or two, and the bay will be flat calm with spectacular colours on the water reflecting the cliffs towards Chora. Access is not easy, which adds to its charm, very few make the effort. Reasonable snorkeling.
No refreshments - bring in your own water and food for the day. And, because of its location, the beach has a relatively short "sun window", especially at either end of the season. Not such a bad thing as you hike out at the end of the day.

2. Katergo BeachBest beach of the island, accessible by foot (20 min walk once you park the car or the motorbike on the end of the road) It isn't easy to reach on foot, the short boat trip from Karavostasis, going every hour, 10 euro per person.

Make sure you bring water (and snacks, if you plan to spend more than a couple of hours) - there is no facilities of any kind on the beach. It is really wild. No shade at all and the sun, reflected by white pebbles and water.

3.Ambeli Beach Folegandros Greece

Special tiny beach. You need to come early to find a place to sit but it is still special. The water is crystal clear on a day when the winds come from the other side of the island. Make sure to check the winds before you make the trek to come here because if it is windy it will be filled with seaweed. :)

4. Galifos Beach

Better than the two beaches on either side. Far better secluded and easier swimming. Just a quick 6 minute hike up the stairs and around the corner from the bus stop at agali. Plus there's a massage studio!
You have to walk a bit in order to get there but it will not disappoint. Believe me ! Very small, private, rocky and turquoise - it was like a dream. PS - it has these beautiful big rocks in the middle of the sea where you should lay and look up - high rocky mountains are surrounding you - yes, wild and free is the feeling.

5. Agios Nikolaos beach

Beautiful busy beach popular with families as well as nudists. You can have lunch here too as there is a small restaurant right on the sand or a bigger one on the rocks, offering fantastic view.

Just a few trees to shade. You can also pay 5 euro to take the boat to get there from Agali beach.

6. Agios Georgios beach

Wide beach. Lots of space. Some trees and buildings for shade (very important). Beautiful ‘pool’ like sea. Wide but shallow with interesting rocks to explore. - Feels a bit neglected. Derelict buildings. Very steep to get to.

7.Church of Panagia (Virgin Mary) Folegandros

You must visit this church if you go to Folegandros. Simply stunning views really worth the climb!

The view from the church on the whole island is superb ! The inside of the small church is cute too.

Steep walk by the cliffs but worth it for the views. Plan at least 15 minutes to get to the top. Bring some snacks/drinks and watch the sunset.
